Who was TBM?
Warren Hawk (aka Nanook Edgewood)- bass, vocals
Multi-Instrumentalist, composer and producer, Warren is a very creative
guy. He is responsible for a great deal of TBM's sound due to his arranging
talents. During 2000, he completed "Nanook Of The North", a
CD of all original solo material that will be featured here soon.
Jason Dunn - drums, percussion
A student of many disciplines, Jason lists Billy Cobham as a major
influence and it is apparent from his work that he has been a great student.
Listen to his dynamic work on Twenty Winds, or Freehand and you will see
why he is such a respected drummer.
Dave Williams - vocals
Dave is an enigma. A brilliant writer and composer, he rarely seeks
out public attention. He is a student of music history with an extensive,
eclectic RECORD collection (yes the wax discs) who should be working for
the Library of Congress or somewhere important like that, although I would
prefer writing and performing music with him. His influences are so vast
that he is all over the place, musically speaking. Those who know Dave
know his genius, those who don't know Dave are missing out.
Mark Duncan - guitar, guitar synth, vocals
Extremely turned on by Jimi Hendrix after years of listening to bad
music, Mark took a path that has led him through many years of musical
exploration. Part avent-garde "keeper of the flame", part dinosaur,
and part electronic wizard, Mark is pushing the boundries of what people
find pleasing to the ear. Whatever he decides to do next, it will probably
be similar to the styles of King Crimson, Yes, or Zappa as he has recently
discovered the wonder of these artists and has delved deeply into the
study of their music.
